A Weight Loss Quotation For Weight Loss Motivation
"Wisdom is choosing to do now what you'll be happy with in the future."


Wow!  Isn't that the best quotation? It's so simple but unfortunately we don't really hear it enough, if at all.


Think about the choices you're making today.  Are they choices that you'll be so glad you made in the future?  Or do they give immediate gratification with results you don't even want to think about later.


Now I'm not against immediate gratification.  Sometimes you need to buy that little trinket because you had a bad day or take a day off from cleaning because you're exhausted. 


But the question we have to ask is this:


How many of our day-to-day choices do we make with the future in mind?


If you want to win the battle at weight loss and grow healthier, you're going to have to make the majority of your choices 'wise' ones.  Choices with the future results in mind.







This can actually be quite liberating. 

So many times, we're told if we don't get instant results, what we're doing isn't working.


If we don't wake up on day 2 of diet 'X' five pounds skinnier the diet's not working. 


If we don't see muscles on day 3 of our Tony Gigantic Weight training Program, we've missed the boat somehow.  But that's not true.


Just knowing that we can make the 'wise' choice today and not HAVE to see the results tomorrow morning or late tonight frees us from the discouragement that comes when we don't see major results right away. 


But make no mistake about it, if we continue to make those wise choices today and tomorrow and the next day we will reap a MAJOR harvest of health in the future.

So what are the best choices you can make today that you'll be glad about in the future?


The possibilities are endless!
