The Search for Another Way To Lose Weight
As consumers we are beginning to demand more in every area, not just health - and we're beginning to get it, in some areas.

We can shop for books...and enjoy a cappuccino .  We can watch a talk show, and get psychological advice on how to improve our lives (way to go Dr. Phil!)   We can buy paint, and take a free class on how to put up drywall at the hardware store. 


This trend for a more wholistic approach is even being seen in the fitness industry:


People are turning towards exercise that encompasses their mind AND body. Exercises like yoga, tai chi and pilates offer MORE than just a physical workout but a mental workout as well phenomenal stress relief.


So it stands to reason that as consumers we are starting to demand more from our weight loss plans as well.  'Eat more fruits and vegetables' just isn't good enough anymore.


We realize that there's more to losing weight than that.  We are beginning to realize that losing weight isn't just a physical diet.  It's about more than the food! 


Losing weight is a life change that involves body, mind and spirit.
